This disclaimer covers, without limitation:
Plus any other apps, scripts, ZIPs, packages, vault tools, or experimental builds hosted on chopstickshq.com or official GitHub repositories under this project.
Provided “AS IS”
All software is provided free of charge on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, or uninterrupted operation.
You use every product entirely at your own risk.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChopsticksHQ and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from download, install, use, inability to use, or reliance on any software, including but not limited to:
- Data loss, corruption, or privacy issues
- System instability, crashes, freezes, or boot problems
- Battery drain, heat, performance impact, or hardware wear
- Incorrect readings (CPU, battery, weather, sensors, etc.)
- Network, third-party API, AI, or cloud-provider issues
- Lost profits, goodwill, or consequential damages
Where local law does not allow some exclusions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Beta & experimental software
Many builds are labeled Beta, Experimental, Preview, or Lab. They may be incomplete, change without notice, or fail completely. Features such as AI chat, weather, charge limits, stress tools, games, and installers may behave unexpectedly. You assume full responsibility for using pre-release software.
Your responsibilities
- Back up important data before installing or updating.
- Review scripts and installers before running them (especially
curl | bash/ compile-from-source flows). - Keep your OS, Xcode CLT, and security settings current.
- Do not use this software where failure could cause injury, legal harm, or critical system damage.
- For Fathom Pro and similar tools: you are responsible for any third-party API keys, costs, and provider terms.
Third-party marks
Apple, macOS, Mac, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product names (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Minecraft, id Software) belong to their respective owners. ChopsticksHQ software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies unless explicitly stated.

Sensor readouts, battery explanations, AI responses, weather data, and guides are for personal, informational use only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional engineering advice.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, compiling, accessing, or using any ChopsticksHQ software or this site, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the software.
