What Chopsticks HQ and Chopsticks Game Studios collect — and what we do not. Product pages may add detail; those pages win if they conflict.
In one paragraph
MacBar, Fathom Air, Fathom Pro, and ARENA do not create Chopsticks accounts and do not send product telemetry to us. Optional AI uses keys you provide, or the cs.AI live path if you use that product. This website may store a theme preference in your browser. Hosting (Netlify) sees normal request logs. We do not sell personal data.
This website
- Theme choice may be saved in
localStorage(chq.theme) on your device. - Fathom Pro vault keys are generated in the browser. They are unlock tokens, not cloud API keys.
- Public
version.jsonfiles are used for update checks. That is a fetch of a static file, not an account. - Download counters (for example ARENA) go through
/api/dl-countas aggregate counts. We do not ask you to sign in for that. - The host may log IPs, user agents, and URLs the way any CDN does. We do not run a separate marketing tracker on HQ pages.

Live chat hits https://chopstickshq.com/api/chopsticks-ai. Guests are not required to make an account.
Optional email + password accounts can sync chats. Full note:

MacBar and Fathom
No product accounts. No usage analytics to Chopsticks HQ. Optional AI talks to the provider whose key you enter. MacBar detail: /macbar/privacy.html.
Chopsticks Game Studios
- ARENA — no accounts, no telemetry, no network in the app itself.
- Former browser FPS — taken down for trademark reasons. It is no longer playable.
- Atomic Dawn 1 — not shipped. There is no game download and no runtime telemetry yet. This page will be updated when it ships.
