Terms of service
These terms cover chopstickshq.com, Chopsticks HQ software, and Chopsticks Game Studios titles. Using the site or the software means you accept them. Product-specific terms (for example MacBar) still apply to that product.

AS IS
Everything is free and provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranty. You use it at your own risk. The full disclaimer is at /disclaimer/. That page is part of these terms.
What you may do
- Download official builds from chopstickshq.com or the matching GitHub release.
- Use MacBar, Fathom, LarkquillAI, ARENA, and related pages as published.
- Inspect installers and source where we publish them.
What you may not do
- Pass off unofficial or modified builds as official Chopsticks HQ or CGS releases.
- Abuse, scrape in a way that disrupts, or attack the LarkquillAI service (
larkquillai.vercel.app/api/*) or other HQ endpoints. - Use the software where failure could cause injury, legal harm, or critical system damage.
- Violate applicable law.
Accounts and LarkquillAI
MacBar, Fathom, and ARENA do not require a Chopsticks account. LarkquillAI offers an optional account. You can sign in with an email code, a password, a passkey (WebAuthn), or Google sign-in. You are responsible for your sign-in methods and for anything done with the account. We may suspend abuse of the live API.
Creating a LarkquillAI account requires ticking “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy”.
That agreement is to these terms and the Privacy page, version 2026-10-21.
We record when you agreed (terms_accepted_at) and the version (terms_version).
Accounts created earlier keep working without it.
Paid LarkquillAI plans are bought through Buy Me a Coffee. Buy Me a Coffee’s own terms apply to the payment.
Games (Chopsticks Game Studios)
ARENA is entertainment software, not a service contract. Atomic Dawn is released; download the macOS build from itch.io. Atomic Dawn is not affiliated with Fallout or Bethesda. The Minecraft portfolio is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.
Third parties
Optional AI, weather, hosting, payments (Buy Me a Coffee), Google sign-in, and reCAPTCHA are subject to those providers’ terms. We do not control their uptime or how they process data you send them.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version at this URL. Continued use after that is acceptance. We may change, pause, or stop any download or page without notice.
