Terms of service
These terms cover chopstickshq.com, Chopsticks HQ software, and Chopsticks Game Studios titles. Using the site or the software means you accept them. Product-specific terms (for example MacBar) still apply to that product.
AS IS
Everything is free and provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranty. You use it at your own risk. The full disclaimer is at /disclaimer/. That page is part of these terms.
What you may do
- Download official builds from chopstickshq.com or the matching GitHub release.
- Use MacBar, Fathom, cs.AI, ARENA, and related pages as published.
- Inspect installers and source where we publish them.
What you may not do
- Pass off unofficial or modified builds as official Chopsticks HQ or CGS releases.
- Abuse, scrape in a way that disrupts, or attack
/api/chopsticks-aior other HQ endpoints. - Use the software where failure could cause injury, legal harm, or critical system damage.
- Violate applicable law.
Accounts and cs.AI
MacBar, Fathom, and ARENA do not require a Chopsticks account. cs.AI Online may offer an optional email + password account. You are responsible for that password and for anything done with the account. We may suspend abuse of the live API.
Games (Chopsticks Game Studios)
ARENA is entertainment software, not a service contract. Atomic Dawn 1 is not shipped; there is nothing to download yet. The former CGS browser FPS is taken down for trademark reasons. Atomic Dawn is not affiliated with Fallout or Bethesda. The Minecraft portfolio is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.
Third parties
Optional AI, weather, hosting, and any cloud sign-in are subject to those providers’ terms. We do not control their uptime or how they process data you send them.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version at this URL. Continued use after that is acceptance. We may change, pause, or stop any download or page without notice.
