rNitro itself should use far less CPU when the menubar is idle.

• Default Efficient idle profile (slower polls)
• Menubar CPU sample ~5s (was ~2s); battery / temps / IOReport power throttled harder
• Default menubar slots: CPU · Temp · Battery (Power optional — IOReport is expensive)
• RAM only sampled when needed; history buffers only with UI open
• Process top-list & lab status file less frequent
