macOS requirements (honest)

• Requires macOS 14.0 Sonoma or later
• Universal binary: Apple Silicon + Intel
• Previous builds accidentally used host minos (e.g. 26.0); this release fixes deployment target to 14.0

Older systems

• macOS 11–13, Mac OS X, Mac OS 8/9: no app binary — see rNitro-Older-MacOS-Support-Info.zip on the website
• Current SwiftUI APIs need 14+

Also includes lightweight sampling from 1.3.27.
